NAICS is present for Connecticut and for some DC, Colorado and Florida rows only. We send the file by email each Monday. No street address, registered agent, owner names, email or phone.

NewFilings (the SaaS) is a dashboard with search, filters, saved alerts, and an API. Data Feeds is simpler: a CSV emailed to you on Mondays, with no dashboard to use. For teams that just want a list to work through.
It varies a lot by jurisdiction. Florida, New York and Colorado have thousands of new filings a week; Oregon, DC and British Columbia have far fewer. Email us for last week's row count for the jurisdiction you are considering.

Standard CSV. Columns: business_name, entity_type, state, formation_date, filing_date, status, filing_number, principal_city, principal_state, principal_zip, and naics_code. principal_state is blank for Florida, principal_zip is blank for Colorado, and naics_code is filled mainly for Connecticut (state-filed) and partly for DC, Colorado and Florida (inferred by us from the business name). Opens in Excel, Google Sheets, or any CRM import. Registered agent, street address, owner names, email and phone are not included.
