What you get

  • 11 columns: business_name, entity_type, state, formation_date, filing_date, status, filing_number, principal_city, principal_state, principal_zip, naics_code. City, state and ZIP are filled only where the registry provides them. naics_code is filled mainly for Connecticut and partly inferred from business names for some DC, Colorado and Florida rows; it is blank elsewhere.
  • Company records only. No registered-agent names, no owner or officer names, no street address, no email, no phone.
  • Gzipped CSV per state, signed download link valid 7 days.
  • Bundle = one zip containing one gzipped CSV per state.
