Who we are

NewFilings (newfilingalerts.com) is operated by Palavir LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, 22515 Pontchartrain Dr, Southfield, MI 48034. Contact: josh@palavir.co.

What we store

• Accounts. Sign-in uses Supabase authentication. We store your account email and your plan.
• Lead forms. If you submit a form, we store your email, use case and states of interest so we can respond to your inquiry.
• Business data. The filings we publish come from public government registries. Delivered files and API results exclude owner or officer names, registered agents, street addresses, email addresses and phone numbers.

Who processes data for us

• Supabase for authentication and our database.
• Stripe for payments. We do not store card numbers.
• Resend to send email, such as alerts and replies to your inquiries.
• Google Analytics for site analytics.
• Upstash for rate limiting, which counts requests per IP address or API key to prevent abuse.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information.
