Who we are
NewFilings (newfilingalerts.com) is operated by Palavir LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, 22515 Pontchartrain Dr, Southfield, MI 48034. Contact: josh@palavir.co. By using the site, the API or any file we deliver, you agree to these terms.
Where the data comes from
The data is compiled from public government business registries: state Secretary of State offices, the District of Columbia and British Columbia. It is provided as is and may contain errors or gaps. Coverage and update frequency vary by jurisdiction. The current status of each one is shown on its jurisdiction page, which you can reach from Browse. We make no warranty that the data is accurate, complete or fit for any particular purpose.
What is not in the data
Delivered files and API results exclude personal contact data. They do not include owner or officer names, registered agents, street addresses, email addresses or phone numbers.
Licence
You may use the data for your own business purposes. You may not resell or redistribute the raw data as a standalone dataset.
Payments, renewal and cancellation
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers. Subscriptions renew monthly. To cancel, email josh@palavir.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refund requests are handled by email, case by case.
Limit of liability
Our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
